Convene, a global hospitality company that designs and manages premium meeting, event, and flexible office spaces, today announced that it has launched its Refer-a-Friend program to incentivize individuals to refer new business to the company.

The Convene Refer-a-Friend program extends to the company’s Meeting & Event and WorkPlace products across its entire U.S. portfolio, inclusive of etc.venues; the program will launch in the UK in early 2024.

Any individual can refer business to Convene by visiting the Refer-a-Friend program webpage and will receive a cash incentive once the requisite payments and signatures have been received and, for Meetings & Events, the event has actualized.  Cash payments will be issued as follows, so long as all additional eligibility requirements are met:

  • $500 USD – for Convene Meeting & Event programming with a contract value between $10,000 – $29,999 USD

  • $1,500 USD – for Convene Meeting & Event programming with a contract value between $30,000 USD – $99,999 USD or a Convene WorkPlace Suite up to 20 desks

  • $5,000 USD – for Convene Meeting & Event programming with a contract value between $100,000 USD – $249,999 USD or a Convene WorkPlace Suite with 21-50 desks

  • $12,500 USD – for Convene Meeting & Event programming with a contract value that exceeds $250,000 USD or a Convene WorkPlace Suite with 51 or more desks

Convene Meetings & Events offer everything needed for a turnkey meeting experience including: thoughtfully-designed spaces to maximize collaboration and productivity, full-service production services, catering, and a dedicated A/V team for in-room and hybrid tech support.

WorkPlace is Convene’s premium flex office solution, offering private WorkSuites for teams of 10 or more, allowing companies to provide a fully-activated and elevated workplace experience with flexible terms and the ability to scale office space up or down as needed.

The Convene Refer-a-Friend program for individuals follows the company’s updated Third-Party Agency Commission Policy program that was introduced earlier this year and its Broker Referral Program that has been in place since 2018.
