[Cairo, Egypt – November 22, 2021] KAPITALIZE is pleased to announce it will be expanding its coworking network with a new flagship workspace in the Horeya Building at Heliopolis. The new workspace will be on the top floors of the landmark property and will offer a variety of private offices, a coworking space, and meeting rooms, available both short and long term.
Scheduled to be operational on the 1st of January 2022, this will be the third location for KAPITALIZE and the second in Heliopolis, as the operator opened a space off Nozha Street earlier this year.
Located at the intersection of El-Horeya Street and Omar Ibn El-Khattab Street, The Horeya building is a landmark 11-storey office building with around 4,300 square meters of gross leasable area.
The building is owned and operated by ADI, a developer specialized in the construction and leasing of office buildings in Cairo.
“We are very excited to expand our network in Cairo and opening in such an iconic property in Heliopolis will be a great addition to our coworking portfolio,” said Ali Khadr, Founder and CEO of KAPITALIZE.
