A brand new JustCo coworking center will be located on the 4th floor of Emporium Melbourne, in the heart of the Central Business District (CBD). Scheduled to launch in the first half of 2024, this new center will offer a variety of workspaces and amenities to suit the needs of modern workers and will be the newest coworking space in Melbourne.

The new coworking facility will include private office suites, hot desk zones, meeting rooms with video conferencing capabilities, and purpose-built micro-spaces for focused work and collaboration. The facility will also incorporate biophilic designs and hotel-like amenities that will contribute to the overall well-being of its members.

The introduction of JustCo Emporium Melbourne comes at a time when employees are looking for more work-life balance in the post-pandemic era. The incorporation of workspaces within retail complexes such as this offers the ideal fusion of work and life that resonates strongly with today’s workforce.

“JustCo at Emporium Melbourne will support the growing demand for flexible and coworking spaces within locations surrounded by excellent services, amenities, and transport connectivity,” said Emporium Melbourne Manager Gordon White.

“The incorporation of JustCo at Emporium Melbourne will propel the already ultimate CBD destination offering into a one-stop fusion of work, play, dine, and shop,” White added.

In addition to providing better work-life balance for individuals, this workspace also promises a pleasant environment that will further boost employee productivity and make on-site experiences more enjoyable.

“After numerous successful JustCo center launches in mixed-use commercial complexes across Singapore, Japan, and Thailand, we are excited to work with Emporium Melbourne to reinvent the work-life experience in Melbourne’s CBD,” said Kong Wan Long, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, JustCo.

We are passionate about creating a workspace where people can not only come together to create, collaborate, and innovate, but also live, play, and relax. We believe that JustCo Emporium Melbourne will be the perfect place for modern workers to thrive,” he added.
