Flexible workspace beyond Zuidtoren is celebrating its first anniversary, following its launch in September 2023.
The workspace is located in the landmark Zuidtoren building in the Hoofddorp near Amsterdam. In the year since its launch, beyond Zuidtoren has reached a peak occupancy of over 80% amid high demand from organizations across the Dutch capital.
Beyond Zuidtoren is currently home to more than a dozen businesses which span industries like travel and tech to pharmaceuticals and aerospace engineering. Internationally renowned names like Travelport and Hanwha are among those located in the space.
The workspace offers a range of amenities like ultra-fast Wi-Fi, meeting rooms bookable on-demand, phone booths, an outdoor terrace, an on-site café, an events program, and a workspace mobile app.
Membership options include private offices, dedicated desks, and coworking spaces for hot desking on monthly rolling contracts, with day passes also available.
Ideally located at Taurusavenue, beyond Zuidtoren can be found directly next to Hoofddorp train station, connecting Hoofddorp with Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam Zuid within a few minutes. The building comprises 17,000 sqm of office space and has recently been extensively refurbished. Its sustainability credentials are also notable, with the building having received a BREEAM Excellent and A+++ energy label.
The workspace was created and is operated by flexible workspace provider infinitSpace, which creates and manages flexible workspaces for office landlords. infinitSpace creates white-label workspaces, while landlords can also opt for a workspace under its existing ‘beyond’ brand.
Beyond Zuidtoren is one of seven flexible workspaces under the beyond brand across Europe, as well as the brand’s first location in the Netherlands, where infinitSpace is headquartered. It plans to expand the beyond brand to over 25 workspaces by the end of 2025.

Beyond Zuidtoren was launched in partnership with Bryant Park Services B.V. (a fund affiliated with New York-based global asset manager Marathon Asset Management), while the asset management mandate is held by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
