Cubework, one of the fastest-growing flexible workspace providers in the U.S., recently opened its latest location at 4900 East 50th in Vernon, California. The hybrid company, which offers both flexible workspace as well as warehouse space to SMEs, is adding 100,000 sq. ft. every month to its existing facilities. Currently, the operator holds over 10 million sq. ft. of modern industrial coworking space in 30 cities.
The newest property in Vernon is located about five miles south of Downtown Los Angeles. Built in 1947, the industrial property totals 70,000 sq. ft. and includes five exterior dock doors and one drive-in bay.
The flexible workspace, which includes warehouse and office space, is expected to be available as early as next month after Cubework renovates common areas and builds out creative spaces to accommodate multiple business types.
Over the past year and in spite of the real estate impacts of COVID-19, Cubework has expanded rapidly, opening locations in Dallas, Memphis, Phoenix, and La Mirada, with additional locations planned in the next few months.
Cubework was founded in 2018. The company began with its first 200,000 sq. ft. building in Industry, California. Since the launch of Cubework’s first building, the company has expanded into 30 cities with over 10 million sq. ft. of industrial space. Cubework’s network of move-in ready spaces enables businesses to operate anywhere without the need for set-up cost and allowing clients to expand their business as they grow.
