KAPITALIZE is pleased to announce its strategic partnership with Coterie to roll out a heritage coworking space portfolio in downtown Alexandria and Cairo under a new brand named Mezzanine. The partnership will kick off with a space located in the Avierino building in downtown Alexandria.
Constructed on Fouad Street in 1928, the Avierino building has hosted a number of Alexandria’s cosmopolitan tenants and institutions over the years. Designed by the Greek architect P.Griparis, the building is characterized by its towering dome and Neo-Renaissance style. It is today a landmark in downtown Alexandria due the diversity of activities within the building.
Scheduled to start operation in November, the space will offer a large coworking area, a variety of private offices, and meeting rooms. The space benefits from other projects launched by Coterie in the same building as well, such as Shelter Art Space.
