Congregate, a new flexible workspace and conferences and event concept, has launched at 25 W. 39th Street in Midtown Manhattan totaling over 50,000 square feet across four floors. Featuring three bespoke concepts — HQ, Workplace, and Conferences & Events — the new business will cater to companies of all sizes by providing all-inclusive, everyday essentials as well as an astute staff of experts to oversee events and day-to-day functions.
Congregate has attracted attention from an array of different users, including tech tenants Crowdstrike and Razer, and social media company, Social Chain.
Crowdstrike, a cyber security tech company, moved their New York office into one of Congregate’s floors, and Razer, a well-known global gaming hardware manufacturing company, held their product launch at the dedicated conferences and events space in October. Additionally, Social Chain, the first integrated social media company, recently booked an all-day event at Congregate’s conferences and events space.

“The concept of Congregate came to fruition organically at 25 W. 39th Street and we intend to launch this concept at future and third party Thor properties,” said Chairman of Thor Equities Group, Joe Sitt. “We identified an opportunity within our portfolio to lease space and recognized our location in Midtown was ideal for flexible office and events space.”
On Wednesday, November 21, Congregate hosted their Launch Party complete with catering by Cipriani, a whiskey tasting station, Moet champagne bar, custom mixologist and live entertainment.
The event attracted nearly 200 attendees from a variety of industries, and Congregate has since received an influx of inquiries and bookings for their conferences and events space.
