A new 21,000 square-foot flexible workspace is set to open its doors in March 2024 in Botanica in Ditton Park, near Slough, with excellent links to the M4, M25 and Heathrow. Link Spaces is the new workspace brand from Active Hospitality, offering private offices, coworking spaces, and meeting rooms set on the ground floor of the flagship Kennedy Wilson building.

In keeping with the responsible ethos of Botanica, the building runs on 100% renewable energy and is set in 200 acres of open landscape. The abundant natural parkland and green surroundings bely the fact that Link Spaces is adjacent to the M4 motorway, junction five, and only minutes from the M25 and public transport into central London at Slough station.

Significant investment has been made into the IT infrastructure, with Link Spaces offering tenants a 10Gb leaseline plus a 1Gb back up line, making it one of only a handful of workspaces in the country to do so. The high-end fit out includes the high-grade comms room being on display behind glass at the core of the building.

The team behind Link Spaces – Active Hospitality – is known for its excellence in service and design, with senior members of the team having previously headed up MWB Group and serviced office specialist, MWB Business Exchange. MWB Group owned and ran hospitality brands such as Malmaison, De Vere, and Hotel du Vin. The company currently operates neighboring Ditton Manor, which offers conferencing and meeting rooms with future plans to develop into a Hotel that Link Spaces clientele can enjoy.

“With our roots firmly in service and hospitality, we’ve drawn on our experience to provide an unrivaled workspace environment for tenants, within the magnificent, green surroundings of Botanica,” comments Jonny Aspland-Robinson, Managing Director, Link Spaces.

“Fast, reliable internet sits at the heart of Link Spaces, with our 10Gb and resilient backup line, promise ensuring businesses will never experience interruptions. We’ve remained focused on quality of design and service throughout. We offer a range of flexible options to suit modern businesses, and excellent transport links through the M4, M25 or trains to central London,” added Aspland-Robinson.
