The Malin, a network of hospitality-led workspaces, announces that it will open its fifth location in New York City in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood. For their latest venue, set to open in Spring 2025, The Malin is moving in with Equinox, the authority in high performance living, to open a 32,700 square foot workspace directly above the three-level Equinox Flatiron club – once home to the brand’s corporate headquarters.
The Malin Flatiron, located at 896 Broadway, will be two floors and features a 2,700 square foot mezzanine, 20 private offices, 36 dedicated desks, 5 meeting rooms, 23 phone booths, 1 library, and 2 kitchens. The Malin exists to understand and improve the work experience – to make it more inspiring, comfortable, convenient and productive. With The Malin Flatiron opening above Equinox Flatiron, a new ecosystem emerges for members to work smarter and live better.

This announcement is off the heels of the grand opening of The Malin NoMad, in partnership with TF Cornerstone, at 387 Park Avenue South. The Malin Flatiron will open in Spring 2025.
