Venture X, which has led the way in creating coworking solutions for entrepreneurs, executives, and creatives, has opened a new space in downtown Miami. The company celebrated with a grand opening party on Thursday, Jan. 30, at the Venture X location on the seventh, eighth. and ninth floors of 117 NE 1st Ave.
“This new location will serve the dynamic neighborhood of downtown Miami,” said Jason Anderson, president of Vast Coworking Group, a part of United Franchise Group, the global leaders in franchising.
“Miami is on the leading edge of so many important business trends, and we anticipate being able to serve this market with all the passion and innovation this special place is known for. The team is also excited about the historic building that will be our home,” added Anderson.
Venture X Miami Downtown is located inside the Security Building, a Class A building erected in 1926-27 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. Venture X and the location’s owner and operator worked closely with Mike Trumpy of JLL to finalize the lease in only two months from letter of intent to lease. The space previously was occupied by WeWork; the Venture X location’s owner and operator won it over many other national and international coworking providers.
The space provides 74 spacious offices with a high percentage of sit-to-stand desks. Amenities include a signature café, community lounge area, premium furnishings, reception services, and fully equipped conference rooms.
